Mandy Greene was his own person. If the intersecton was empty, and the light was red, ir didn't phase Mandy,, he was through it. This was before right turn on red etc. Mandy waitted for no one. And, t the best of my recollection, NEVER got a ticket for it.

But that was a long, long time ago. I'm betting in the intervening 25 years the law of averages, let alone the "real" law has caught up with him.
